Crashed when delete OGRSpatialReference objects！

OGRSpatialReference* oSRS = new OGRSpatialReference();
oSRS->SetFromUserInput(constChrPtr);
{
      ...  
}
delete oSRS;//crashed here!
//OSRDestroySpatialReference(oSRS) ;//also crashed!

//why?
