对话一：

A:我需要一个连接电脑的转换器（或接线板）。

B:好的，请稍等。我们马上通知服务员，送到您房间。

A:I need a transformer/adapter for my computer

B:ok, please wait a minute, the staff will bring it to your room.

对话二：

A:我需要加急洗衣。

B:好的，加急洗衣需要收取双倍费用。请您填好洗衣单与衣服放在一起，服务员会去取衣服的。

对话三：

A:酒店附近有哪些景点，有购物的商场吗？
