摘要： The present invention relates to dihydroisoquinolines and the
tetrahydroisoquinolines and their physiologically acceptable salts represented byformula (I) or (I ') wherein A represents -CH = or -N =, n is 0 or 1, R1 and R2 are identicalor different and represent H, halogen, OH, alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R3 is H whenR1 and R2 are H, or halogen or alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R4 represents halogen, analkyl group of 1 to 6 carbon atoms or an amino group represented by the formula (II),wherein R5 and R6 are identical or different and represent H or alkyl of 1 to 3 carbonatoms which may be substituted by phenyl substituted by one or two lower alkoxy andR4 can also be H when a is -N =. The present invention also relates to a process forpreparing these isoquinoline derivatives, wherein an amide represented by the formula(III), wherein R1-R4 and A have the same meaning as in formulas (I) or (I ') is cyclized with aLewis acid. The present invention further discloses the use as therapeutic agents ofcompounds of formula (I) or (I ') or their derivatives or physiologically acceptable saltsthereof.
