摘要：A conductive cord connection system for a movable sliding door with anelectrical sensing edge provides a simple and inexpensive cord arrangement. Theconductive cord extends, with the door closed, directly from the sensing edge through adoor bracket and a wall bracket to a motor operator. With the wall bracket, whichfrictionally holds the cord, positioned adjacent to the door and spaced from the doorbracket, a distance that is one half of the distance of total door travel, the traveling cordportion is substantially straight in the full open and closed positions of the door. Whenthe door is opening or closing, a loop formed in the traveling cord portion does notexceed in length 25 percent of the full door travel.
